190404 USA Billboard and Concert Album Bundles

In another thread a poster reminded me that all of the tour concert tickets come with copy of the album. Unfortunately I am not attending but it did make me question what is going to happen to the resale tickets and the album numbers.

From the fine print on the ticketmaster site:

“Every online ticket purchase comes with one digital download of BLACKPINK’s upcoming EP. You will receive an additional email with instructions on how to redeem your EP on release day. US/Canadian residents only. One EP download per online ticket. Not valid for Fan to Fan Resale.”

Does ‘Not valid for fan to fan resale’ mean the scalpers who bought tickets cannot transfer the album? According to [Billboard](https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.billboard.com/amp/articles/business/8030253/concert-ticket-bundles-chart-boost-metallica-taylor-swift-kenny-chesney) these bundles only count towards the chart if the sale is redeemed.

What does this mean if scalpers are unable to transfer the album purchase?

Blinks who bought from resale sites- what did it say about the included album?

I initially figured them debuting top 10 on BB200 was a given based on the concerts, but now…

Work hard, Blinks!!
